Sum up of the chapter (made by basing myself on the novel):

Weiss, the clan leader, is finally starting to deal with his communication problems thanks to the support of his friend Cecilia (white mage). Hearing him talk surprises quite a lot of people in the clan... and is bad news for Alma (the black mage). After all, as Weiss never talked back against her and never scolded her due to his anxiety, Alma had pretty take over the clan.

Alma is unhappy about their progress and always puts the blame on everyone else despite that the only spell shes using is Meteor. When Weiss points out that she could use other spells as well, she snaps and get angry at him, telling him that shes right as she is killing more monsters than him. Fun fact: Weiss used to be the top one before the volcanic areas and his skills are simply badly fitted for those areas. One of their member enters the discussion by pointing out this little fact and remind her that Weiss is the clan leader. Alma gets even more furious and proclaims that now shes so strong that she wouldn lose to Weiss no matter the area... The guy simply points out that her strengh isn really hers. All of power comes from the Black Staff. And any other black mages can also use the said staff... Obviously Alma isn happy about that and proclaims that the staff belongs to her (MY PRECIOUUUS!). This is not the case. The clan paid for it so the staff belongs to the clan. Weiss also mentions the fact that the staff seemed to be shining when MC was using it during the Stampede so he wants to try if its not better to let a white mage use it instead. Alma refuses to give up the staff and they have to take it away from her.

After this, the clan is now happier than before now that Weiss is talking and properly saying what he thinks. However they e a little concerning as Alma locked herself in her room. Cecilia will be the one using the Black Staff from now on (the staff also shined when she used it = they confirmed that it was for white mages). Weiss also hopes that Alma will go back to the previous Alma. He regrets that they bought the said staff in the first place and that they left it in Almas hands for so long, causing her to go power-crazy.
