In a small rural town in the northeastern region of Japan lives Nagi, a girl who loves music. However, after being told she's a "bad singer," she lost the confidence to sing in front of others and began to feel stifled in a place where she couldn't even pursue what she loved. One spring, during her first year of high school, Nagi is asked to welcome Minato, a boy who just moved in next door from Tokyo.
