Parasitic eldritch beings known as Yukers secretly infest the nation, feeding on human emotions and driving their hosts to madness. Gideon, a war veteran turned taxi driver, becomes entangled in this nightmare when he is attacked by a Yuker-infested individual. Left on the brink of death, he is saved by a mysterious man named Smith—a being from the same otherworldly realm as the Yukers. With the streets of America becoming a battleground for sanity and survival, Gideon is thrust into a deadly fight against these unseen horrors.
