One day, the protagonist finds themselves inexplicably transported to another world, which resembles the anime they were watching last night. When they try to imitate the hero from the anime, a status screen appears right in front of them! Initially surprised by their high specs, they soon experience shock upon seeing the name on the status screen. They are actually a minor character known as the "Fake Hero," who is defeated by the main hero early on!

Realizing their role as the "Fake Hero" meant to be defeated by the true hero, the protagonist decides to abandon their empty life back in the original world. They choose to live a short yet fulfilling life as the "False Hero," determined to embrace a harem life until they are inevitably defeated by the real hero!
